Beginner Lessons
Our beginner program is separated into two types of lessons:
Beginner Private lessons focus on our young riders learning the basics of horsemanship, safety, grooming, and tacking up (putting saddle and bridle on) in addition to riding. We encourage this for our riders who are 5-6 years old. The lesson is 1 hour long and the cost is $250 a month which includes 4 lessons and access to our beginner events and field trips. Lessons are at the same time each week.
Beginner Duo lessons are suited for new riders 7 and up. These lessons allow riders to come 15 minutes prior to their lesson and catch their lesson horse and start tacking up with the help of our barn managers. This allows riders to be in the arena for most of their lesson time. This lesson is 2 riders per instructor, 1 hour long. Cost is $250 a month which includes 4 lessons and access to our beginner events and field trips. Lessons are at the same time each week.
